We ordered a new Wall Oven and received it in a week. It was installed on the day it was promised and the installers were excellent, respectful of our home taking care to protect the flooring that led them to the Kitchen for the installation. All of the packaging for the oven was removed and the old oven was taken away by them. Great job guys. I would recommend Acosta & Sons for Appliances and have them install it. I had contacted Acosta & Son's to purchase a Laundry Set (washer and dryer) they came and installed - and 1 year later I called so they check my dryer - and the technician came, checked both equipments and gave me and my team good tips for better laundry usage. We were using the wrong settings, LOL - Acosta and Son's are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had an awesome experience with this company. For almost 5 years I have been complaining to my building about a broken washing machine. A technician from this company came to my apartment and thoroughly inspected my washing machine. They immediately reported all the problems to my property manager and maintained consistent communication with me and I was finally able to get a new washing machine due to their due diligence and professionalism.

Bought a refrigerator to replace an old broken one in rent stabilized apartment. New Summit was reasonably priced, installed, and has been very reliable for about 4 years. Owner showed me how to keep frozen food away from the vents in back so the air circulates. He also kindly explained why new stoves require about 3.5 inches more space in depth than the “old fashioned ones” due to new “regulators” placed in the back.
