I really loved this air conditioner. It works well . I found that it saved me money on my electric bill . Its very efficient. It cools my dining room and kitchen . I like it that it doesnt make noise . My older air conditioner sounded like a tractor and I couldnt even talk on the phone .

Sorry to say that this air conditioner died less than 24 hours after it was installed. A technician was not available for a service call for a week. It has been returned.

I purchased this unit a few weeks ago to replace the same model. The previous unit lasted several years before it started leaking. I sprayed the drain pan with flex-seal coating to delay rust and hope this unit lasts longer. Overall this is a good air conditioner and keeps the room cool on hot and humid summer days. This unit is a little quieter than previous model.

I bought this 12000 BTU thinking it would be more powerful than my really old 10000 BTU but I was wrong. You have to walk right up to it to feel the air blowing and it doesnt do great cooling my room down. I ended up putting my old 10000 btu air conditioner in the window. This ones wifi and app are nice but it didnt offset how it didnt cool the room down. I was disappointed but the box was in bad shape when delivered so couldnt return going to end up giving it away to someone in need with a very small room to cool.
