I just love this range, it preheats in like 5 minutes, the oven is nice and big and glad that it has a broiler. The different burner heat is very convenient. I was a little concerned about the edge to edge cooktop with getting to hot near the end, but it doesn't. the only thing that bothers me a little is the broiler rack. I think because I was used to the whole broiler drawer pulling out and this doesn't, you have to pull the pan that you put in, in all it's a very good value for the price.

"Grates"

I have had my new stove a couple weeks now. It works just fine! The oven heats up to set temperature in good time! My only complaint is with the grates on the top! After cooking, I usually clean the top of the stove. I have to lift BOTH grates off to clean the top since they "interlock." They are heavy and they need to be ,but it would be nice to not have them interlock.. Sometimes I only need to clean off one side of the stove top. Guess this is petty, but this is something that bothers me a bit. Otherwise, it is a very nice stove.

Rough Start to a brand new appliance

Every time we use the oven, we get an ERR F1 E1, from the first use and only about 3 weeks in. Purchased through Lowe™€™s and delivered. Registered the appliance at purchase. It™€™s really hard to have a brand new appliance that is overheating with a faulty control panel™€¦out of commission for two weeks while they order parts. Not the experience you want with a brand new oven and stove. Everything in my house is Whirlpool, this is a bummer.

Beautiful stove! Please read to the end. I purchased the stove in October, it was delivered a month later and November. It fit in my space well, it was beautiful, it took me all day to change the orifices from natural gas to propane, but I did it. I figured I would wait a while on the review to see how I liked it. I can tell you I wish I would™€™ve read the other reviews first. So let™€™s start with this the grill top with the five burners or wonderful! Nice and spread out all usable. They should™€™ve put more thought into the functionality of the stove and the people using its needs. There is not a large difference between high medium and low. If you want low, you need to use the back right one. Let™€™s go with the inside of the stove lots of room. It™€™s wonderful! The broiler is on the bottom. Who came up with this ignorant thought. I™€™m 65. I™€™m not getting on my hands and knees and putting anything in that bottom drawer to broil, not to mention whatever you™€™re gonna broil better not be over three or 4 inches in height. I™€™m just lucky I also have a wall stove so I™€™ll use that to broil anything that needs broiling. Functionality wise, what y™€™all should™€™ve done, all along get rid of that bottom drawer. People only use it to Store Stuff in so there goes any extra space other than crumb, catchers, and places for roaches to live. Drop the inside down. You can access anything you need from the bottom with the pull-up cover in the bottom of the stove. Should™€™ve left the broiler on the top. Now let™€™s go to the really disappointing thing. It™€™s now January 5 and three days ago, three. Days. Ago™€¦ When I would wake up in the morning, my stove would be flashing an error code EO ™€“ F1. This means somethings wrong with the motherboard. I™€™m 65 years old, I spent $700 on the stove! I only make now $1300 a month. I™€™m still trying to get out of the hole from buying it. Now somebody™€™s got to come to my house and fix it. I™€™m 65 years old. This is CRAP. Unless the manufacturers change some of these things on the stove, I would not purchase it if I were you. Now, as I™€™m signing this review and getting ready for it to go through, I read where they have the right to reject the reviews. So we™€™ll see if this true review with suggestions on how to make their product better for the end user actually makes it through. And it™€™s a sad shame. I have to leave this unplugged now until I use it, and until I can get it fixed. You see I take care of a man, my son™€˜s father who I™€™m not married to who has early onset dementia. Annoyed ,Brand New Works but error code alarm

I purchased all new appliances for the first time ever, and this stove has been a complete disappointment. The very first time I used it, I received an E1 error. The only way to clear the error is to unplug the stove, which is completely unacceptable for a brand-new appliance. I purchased it from Menards and did not realize they only have a 7-day return/exchange policy. Unfortunately, we didn™€™t install the appliances until over two weeks after purchase, so I had no idea how much I was going to hate this stove until it was too late. The center burner is crooked and basically useless. If you try to use it, you can™€™t use any of the other burners at the same time. The stove is not self-cleaning (my mistake for not catching that), and the broiler is located on the bottom, which is extremely inconvenient. I wanted to return it immediately and upgrade to a better model, but now I™€™m stuck submitting a service request instead. Menards really missed an opportunity here I would have gladly spent more money to upgrade. Because of this experience, I will likely not choose Menards or Whirlpool again. Being stuck with a brand-new appliance that feels like a piece of junk is incredibly frustrating.

I have been using this range for about 3 weeks. Took me a little while to get to know the oven. I have used all functions of the stove, cooktop, oven and broiler. The broiler was the hardest to use. It cooks a little slower than my old one. Not that it made too much of a difference. Just have to remember to cook on a higher heat than I did. But other than that this stove worked perfectly. Love it

I love the range top burner design. Having two power burners plus the long oval one in the center will be great for home canning. Not a big fan of the grates on top though. Two interlocking grates makes it difficult to lift just for quick clean ups. Plus they are very heavy. The oven is large with 5 levels for the racks. I do wish the oven light came on automatically whenever the door opened. A bit of a hassle to reach for the light switch after you have the oven door open. Broiler is in the bottom under the oven. So you can't store things under there. I prefer the storage space. Overall, I am happy with the product, but would definitely tweak some features.

Flimsy. The entire back panel moves when you press the control buttons. Oven racks do not fit the oven compartment. A large pizza pan will touch the oven door when closed. Our last kitchen stove was Whirlpool. This one is not the quality we expected.

Great Stove but No broiler!

I love this stove but there is no reliable broiler feature. I bought a broiler pan by the same manufacturer, but was defective. The top of the pan did not seat and the food and top slid off on to the floor. It use to be that broiler pans matched to the size of the oven came with the stove. This feature failure is a dangerous design flaw. Other than that problem, the stove is great, especially the cook top.

After I purchased the stove, registered it, and signed up for the warranty, I used my oven and the bottom buckled. I tried logging into my account. I was told I don™€™t have an account. I tried calling the number several times. But there are so many options and departments and couldn™€™t figure out where to go. I need to order the broiler rack for the bottom. But, I still have a buckled base at the bottom of my oven that crackles and pops whenever I use it

Stove works great and was easy to install. Swapping the jets from natural gas to LP gas was a little tricky tho. The stove should come with 3 racks too. 2 for oven and 1 for the broiler.

I bought this range online, choosing it because of the price point. Oven works well. However, as a single individual, I find the large burners to be impractical; would prefer standard burners. I never warm up pizza or lasagna. That feature is also impractical. My old range had the broiler at the top of the oven which worked much better. Why should I practically get down my knees to access the broiler? I am not saying this to be negative. I just think you should use this information to aid future designs.

We bought our new range they bought a month ago it is awesome . The top is large enough we can cook four pans at once. The oven cooks very evenly, and the window and light is a great feature, we can see it all without opening up the door, it has a storage bin on the bottom where we can store our cookie sheets
